Escape for an hour to immerse yourself in a healing soundscape! This session will begin with 30 mins of Reiki, ending with 30 mins of blissful tones via singing bowls/crystal Pyramid and other instruments. Simultaneously, the musical tones of the bowl, the vibrations of the frequencies, and the alchemies in the bowl (minerals, crystal or metal) work to promote the healing of the body, soul and spirit. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. Over time, these energy blocks may create imbalances which may cause illness. Reiki is a type of alternative energy medicine what promotes healing. Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Reiki assists in improving the flow of energy around the body to enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.
