The cold winter months represents the inner journey that is represented through theprocess of death, and rebirth. This part of the year allows us the opportunity to shed the old, so that we can prepare for a rebirth into new opportunities that arrive with the Spring.
This cycle allows us to reflect on us and what we need to live a more balanced life. The Winter Solstice is a great time to celebrate this inward phase It is a period for you to nurture your spirit and soul, by connecting to nature, and your loved ones. Celebrating it will arise consciously of the cyclical order of the manifestation.
It helps with processes such as: embracing your shadows, let go of the past, develop consciousness of your inner needs. Rituals allow you to connect with your intuition, live in harmony with yourself, with others, and nature.
